1. How these forms work

This is a static website. The collection and enquiry forms build an email message on your device. They do not send data to, or store data in, a website database. Your email program must be configured and you must send the message yourself.

2. Information in the email

Collection requests may include your organisation's name, contact details, pickup address, equipment categories, data-handling needs and preferred date. General enquiries contain the details you choose to submit. Do not include passwords, identification numbers or confidential contents of devices.

3. How QCC uses correspondence

When you send an email, QCC may use it to assess your enquiry, arrange services and maintain records in its email and operational systems. Appropriate collection and logistics partners may need relevant service details. Handling and sharing must follow applicable privacy obligations and contractual arrangements.

4. Your rights

South African data-protection law may provide rights relating to access, correction and other remedies. For enquiries about a message sent through the site, email collections@dhqc.co.za. The verified Information Officer details must be added before production launch.

5. Cookies, maps and external scripts

The static website uses no account cookies, no map provider and no third-party form processor. It does not request remote Google Fonts or map libraries. Images, styles and website interactions are delivered from local site files.

6. Information security

Publish through HTTPS hosting. Email transmission and retention are subject to your email provider's service and security arrangements. Do not send highly sensitive asset data in an ordinary website email request; arrange secure channels separately.
