Scope and collection confirmation
We review transport, material risks, data security requirements and pickup availability.
Receive, count and barcode
Items are checked against collection records and registered where appropriate.
Assess and classify
Determine reuse, refurbishment, material recovery or specialist downstream handling.
Repair, test or segregate
Eligible devices proceed to repair and independent QC; other material is separated.
Record and report outcomes
Confirm available custody, grading and downstream records against the agreed service scope.
